Mark currently servers as Vice President of Computer Operations at Palmetto State Bank in Hampton, SC. The position supports and maintains all bank IT platforms and related activities including electronic banking. Mark has been with Palmetto State Bank for 30 years in various capacities serving as ACH supervisor, debit card program originator, credit card platform manager, and merchant services coordinator. He is active in SC Bankers Association serving on several committees.
Mark graduated from Georgia Southern College with a BBA in Economics. He is married to Michelle Altman and has two sons, Risden and Reeves, both of which attend the University of South Carolina. Attending college events keeps both parents very busy and entertained. They reside in Hampton, SC.

Glen has over 40 years of Bank Operations management experience which includes Check Operations, Vault Operations, ATM Operations, Treasury Management and currently managing the Electronic Operations Department for Wilson Bank and Trust in Lebanon, TN.
Glen has worked for 6 different financial institutions including the Federal Reserve Bank over his 40 years in banking in multiple states.
Glen has also served on the TACHA board for 15+ years with the most recent of those as the President of the Board from 2004 till the merger with PaymentsFirst. Glen now serves on the PaymentsFirst Board on the Executive Committee as the Secretary.
While Glen is career focused he does love to travel with wife, Kelly (37 years). Glen has 2 great children (Sara and Seth) a wonderful daughter in law (Kayla) and son in law (Stephen). He also has two of the cutest granddaughters (Millie and Larkin).
His hobbies include traveling, photography, treasure hunting at yard sales, fishing at their place on Lake Guntersville in Alabama.
Glen is an avid TN Titans fan and has had season tickets since they came to Tennessee in 1999. GO TITANS!!!
Karen Grahn is Vice President, Credit Card Division Manager at ServisFirst Bank in Birmingham, Alabama.
During her 20-year career in sales and banking, Karen has been involved in many aspects of credit card processing, from merchant service sales to issuing. She currently manages the credit card department for all consumer, business, purchasing card and merchant service accounts for ServisFirst Bank, as well as the credit card products issued for correspondent banks.
Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Karen is a current Executive Board Member for PaymentsFirst. She is active in her church and local community, currently serving on the Executive Board for the Junior League of Birmingham.
Rich Leary is a Senior Vice President and Head of Treasury Management Delivery at Wells Fargo. He is responsible for the day-to-day delivery operations for all of Wells Fargo’s domestic and international ACH processing and Electronic Commerce Services Delivery, which includes Payment Manager and Receivables Manager services. Rich’s teams also have responsibility for the tactical and strategic innovations to those operational delivery services. Rich leads domestic teams in Arizona, Minnesota, and North Carolina, with an international team in Bangalore, India.
Rich began his career with Wells Fargo in 1987 and has held leadership roles in Check Processing, Financial Crimes, and Account Services in the Operations Group as well as Wholesale Lockbox and Electronic Commerce Services in Treasury Management Operations. He has had responsibility for Wells Fargo ACH Delivery since 2012 and ECS Delivery since 2018.
Rich is an active participant on several national committees, including the Federal Reserve Retail Payments Advisory Group and The Clearing House Electronic Payments Network Business Committee. He is also a current member of the National Automated Clearing House Rules and Operations Committee. He is the current Chairman of the PaymentsFirst Regional Payment Association Board of Directors. He is also active in his community and is a 2006 Strong Award winner for his volunteer service to the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina.
Rich earned his B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. He resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with his wife and three college-aged children.

H. Greg McClellan is the President & Chief Executive Officer for MAX Credit Union in Montgomery, Alabama. Mr. McClellan joined MAX in 1984 and served as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer until assuming the President/CEO position in January 2005. Mr. McClellan has over 38 years of experience in the financial industry holding such positions as Vice President of Operations and Personnel for Citibanc Group Inc. in Alexander City, Alabama and Director of Internal Audit for Farmers and Merchants Bank in Foley, Alabama. Mr. McClellan is an alumnus of Auburn University, earning degrees for a Bachelor of Science in General Business and a Masters in Business Administration. Mr. McClellan also graduated from the School of Banking - Bank Administration Institute at the University of Wisconsin. Mr. McClellan is very active in the community as he is Chair of the Baptist Medical Center East Advisory Board; Chair of the Credit Union Coalition of Alabama; Member of the Montgomery Committee of 100/Board of Control, Credit Union Executive Society, Montgomery Chamber Board, and Troy University Montgomery Campus Advisory Council; Board Member for Air University Foundation Trustees, and Alabama Credit Union Administration; and Board and Executive Committee Member for PaymentsFirst.

David L. Peterson is an eBanking pioneer, who is well known for his 30 years as an entrepreneur and content expert on payments for financial services stakeholders. A dynamic and engaging presenter, David has performed thousands of presentations and led dozens of strategic planning sessions and workshops for both financial institutions and FI service providers. He has been a featured keynote speaker for numerous associations, banking schools, and industry trade groups, including ABA, NACHA, BAI, and GSBC as well as numerous state and regional associations across the country.
As a seasoned entrepreneur and thought leader, he is frequently published in regional and national publications on a wide range of electronic banking, payments innovation and strategic thinking topics. David serves as President of US Dataworks, a leading provider of Integrated Receivables. David was formerly Chief Strategic Officer of i7strategies, an independent strategic planning and consulting firm providing financial services and electronic payment initiatives. He was also the original founder of Goldleaf Technologies, a leading provider of electronic payments software, correspondent banking and online banking services to independent financial institutions, where he was instrumental in establishing electronic banking and payment systems for commercial banks both in the U.S. as well as throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
David also previously served as Executive Vice President for Q2, a virtual branch software provider where he focused on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, product direction and executive consulting. He remains active in U.S. payment virtual banking initiatives, serving as Vice Chairman of PaymentsFirst, a regional payment association based in Atlanta Georgia that serves over 350 members ArgosRisk, a systemic risk tracking service provider, based in Minneapolis Minnesota, Citizens Community Bank of Valdosta GA and softgiving, an Atlanta startup that is bringing new payment options to Donor Dependent Organizations.
Peterson’s passion is to assist individuals and businesses to think more creatively to spur innovation and enable good decision-making. In April 2016, Peterson authored Grounded, a management/leadership book that is focused on making good decisions in a crisis. Paul D Ragland is an executive officer and Senior Vice President with Millennium Bank in Ooltewah, TN. His 26 year career in banking and IT began at First City Bank in Murfreesboro, TN, where he headed the ATM department and successfully assisted the bank’s migration from an outsourced to in-house data processing solution with Fi-Serv. Following his tenure at First City Bank, he spent 4 years with BankPak, Inc. in McMinnville, TN where he served as Service Manager for banking equipment. For the last 15 years, Paul has worked with Millennium Bank, beginning as the Data Processing Manager and moving up to IT and Operations Manager.
Paul has worked with the Jack Henry system for 17 years, and developed and conducted in-house training programs on Jack Henry systems, disaster recovery preparedness, AS400 security, ACH and remote deposit capture, and check processing. He has attended various seminars and banking schools over the years, including Auditing for Community Banks, AS400 Operations and Security, TACHA seminars, Federal Reserve Bank training, Financial Managers Society seminars, and most recently SANS Security Essentials training in preparation to sit for the GSEC certification. He is a member of the Financial Security Association and the Jack Henry Smoky Mountain Users Group. He also served on the TACHA Board of Directors in 2014.

Vivek Jha is SunTrust’s Treasury and Payment Solutions leader and has over 20 years of experience in the payments industry, including most recently as a payments industry advisor and commercial card practice lead at NTT Data, Inc. While at NTT Data, Vivek helped develop and execute payment solutions strategies for banks such as JP Morgan Chase, SunTrust, Wells Fargo, PNC, UBS, etc. Prior to NTT Data, Vivek worked in a variety of product management and business development roles for companies such as JPMC, Mphasis, TSYS, and Wipro Technologies.

Scott Woods – President & CEO of South Carolina Federal Credit Union (SCFCU), located in Charleston, SC, since 2004. Prior to accepting this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer of SCFCU, Chief Financial Officer of SRP Federal Credit Union, Chief Financial Officer of S.C. Telco Federal Credit Union and as a Senior Financial Institution Auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick, CPAs.
Woods received his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Charleston and his MBA in Finance from Auburn University. Woods is also a graduate of the Southeast Regional Credit Union Management School, the Credit Union National Association Financial Management School and holds both Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor certificates.
Woods currently serves as the vice chairman of Vizo Financial Corporate Credit Union as well as on the boards of the Credit Union National Association, the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, PaymentsFirst, Inc. and South Carolina Financial Solutions. Woods also serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Carolinas Credit Union League and on the board of trustees for Charleston Southern University.
He is a member of the Management Association of Carolinas Credit Unions, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, South Carolina Associations of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Woods has previously served as chairman of the board for the South Carolina Credit Union League, chairman of the board of Palmetto Cooperative Services, LLC and on the Executive Committees of the Carolinas CFO Council and the Carolina Lowcountry Red Cross. Woods has also served on the Community Investment Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Credit Union National Association.
